Unilever Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program
Position: Post‑Doctoral Research Fellow – R&D
Location: Mumbai or Bangalore
Duration: 12 months (extendable up to 18 months based on project needs)
Stipend: ₹90,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
PhD in Science/Engineering from Indian or global institutesPhD completed within the last 3 yearsPost‑doctoral experience: 0–3 years maximum Streams Open To (Applicants from any of the following disciplines may apply): Chemical Engineering Materials Engineering or Materials Science Mechanical Engineering Chemistry (Organic/Synthetic/ Physical Chemistry/Chemistry) Pharma Microbiology/Cell Biology/Neurobiology Food technology Computational Chemistry Graphic Design Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Molecular ModellingAreas of research: Across nutrition science, color cosmetics, role of skin microbiome diversity, correlation of microbial signatures with skin properties, AI polymer discovery, Suspension & Deposition, Process design for solid cleaning products. Crosstalk between skin cells and sensory neurons, Predictive modelling, Development of AI applications for Computational Biology/Molecular Modelling, and more.
