The Troubleshooting Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and HVAC automation solutions. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting customers, ensuring system reliability, and delivering quality service support across customer sites.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot BMS & EMS systems to ensure smooth operation and system uptime.Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, automation systems, controllers, and field devices.Troubleshoot communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation protocols.Resolve network and connectivity issues involving TCP/IP networks, routers, switches, and gateways.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.Handle customer queries, service requests, and technical escalations in a timely manner.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer support commitments.Coordinate with site teams, customers, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.Prepare service reports, incident reports, and maintenance documentation.Provide remote and onsite technical support as required.Key Skills RequiredBMS & EMS System Monitoring and TroubleshootingHVAC Controls and Building Automation KnowledgeBACnet, Modbus & Communication Protocol HandlingNetwork and Connectivity Issue ResolutionRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective ActionsCustomer Support, Escalation Handling & SLA ManagementSite Coordination, Preventive Maintenance & Service ReportingEducational QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Preferred Profile2-5 years of experience in BMS, EMS, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation Systems.Good understanding of building automation architecture and communication protocols.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and interact effectively with customers.Willingness to travel for site support when required.
