Job Title: Transformation Manager- Operations

Department/Function: Operations

Job Purpose

The Associate - Operations Transformation role is a high stakes and high visibility role responsiblse for driving efficiencies in retail and wholesale operations of the bank. This will involve working closely with all operations unit heads to baseline current processes, identifying avenues for efficiency improvement and design an ideal end-state processes. The role goes beyond stratgey and will involve close collaboration with multiple business units and IT teams for end-to-end implementation of designed strategy to drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations strategy and end-state vision development

Develop comprehensive understanding of all operations processes to last level of detail and map all processes

Design ideal process flow leveraging latest technologies involving AI, while ensuring appropriate risk controls

Full collaboration with Business Units and Tech teams:

Independently drive implementation of digital initiatives through effective cross-functional collaboration

Ensure seamless and accelerated implemetation, while providing clear anf complete visibility to enior leadership

Promote a culture of innovation and agility across operational teams.

Support change management efforts and ensure adoption of new processes.

Track and report impact metrics for all improvement initiatives.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across task forces and departments.

Process improvement methodologies

New technology, AI platforms and Analytical skills

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIFT, JBIMS, MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS, RGIM, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, Symbiosis Institute, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Xavier School of Management

Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
