About the RoleZingHR is looking for a Strategic Accounts Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations, client relationships and service delivery while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of payroll-related queries.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll operations and client deliverables.Handle client SPOCs, employee queries and escalations.Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory requirements.Manage payroll MIS, F&F, taxation and salary processing.Ensure SLA adherence and timely payroll closure.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HCM, HRMS or Payroll Outsourcing.Strong knowledge of Indian payroll, taxation and statutory compliances.Experience in client servicing, account management or service delivery.Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Candidates comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.
