About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Manager - Strategic Finance to join the Finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership team on some of CoinDCXs most important strategic, financial and enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who can operate comfortably between strategy and execution. The individual will work on complex business problems, strategic planning, financial analysis, capital allocation, enterprise performance, financial infrastructure, crypto-asset reconciliation frameworks, financial processes and controls, and other high-priority initiatives led by the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate will bring the structured problem-solving approach of a top-tier consultant, strong financial acumen and an operators mindset. This is not a traditional FPA, Business Finance, Controllership or investment-banking role. The role is designed to be a strategic extension of the Head of Finance, focused on solving complex, ambiguous problems and driving high-impact initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Enterprise Problem Solving - Partner closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership team on high-priority strategic and financial decisions. Take ownership of complex, ambiguous and cross-functional problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions. Analyse enterprise-level financial and operating drivers to support strategic decision-making, including cost structures, capital allocation, liquidity, cash deployment and operating leverage. Build financial models, scenarios and analytical frameworks to evaluate strategic choices and business decisions. Identify key risks, opportunities and value-creation levers and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Challenge existing assumptions and bring an objective, fact-based perspective to strategic discussions. Support Head of Finance in evaluating new initiatives, business models, strategic investments and other enterprise-level decisions.

Special Projects - Lead high-impact strategic projects sponsored by the Head of Finance, often involving multiple functions. Work across Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Business teams to solve complex problems. Drive projects end-to-end from problem definition to structuring, analysis, recommendation, stakeholder alignment and execution. Prepare high-quality decision-making materials for the Head of Finance, Executive Leadership Team and Board. Support strategic initiatives where there is no clearly defined playbook and where strong judgement and problem-solving are required. Act as a trusted execution partner and thought partner to the Head of Finance on critical initiatives. Establish project governance, milestones, decision points and accountability for Head of Finance-sponsored initiatives. Identify execution risks and proactively drive resolution across functions.

Crypto Financial Infrastructure - Partner with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Product and Technology teams to strengthen crypto-asset and fiat reconciliation frameworks. Develop and enhance frameworks for reconciliation of customer balances, crypto assets, liabilities and financial records. Develop a strong understanding of complex transaction flows across wallets, exchanges, banking partners and internal systems. Identify systemic reconciliation gaps, control weaknesses and process inefficiencies and translate them into process, technology and control requirements. Design scalable frameworks for digital-asset financial reporting, reconciliation and operational finance. Partner with Technology and Controllership teams to drive automation of financial data flows, reconciliations and controls. Define requirements, control frameworks, exception-management mechanisms and governance processes for automated reconciliation. Monitor the effectiveness of reconciliation and financial-control frameworks through appropriate KPIs, exception reporting and governance mechanisms.

Financial Strategy Management Insights - Develop enterprise-level financial insights beyond standard reporting to support strategic decision-making by the Head of Finance and leadership team. Build analytical frameworks to assess revenue drivers, cost structures, cash flows, liquidity, capital requirements and operating leverage. Support annual planning, forecasting and scenario analysis on strategic topics, where required. Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, capital utilisation and operating leverage at an enterprise level. Develop dashboards, analytical tools and management frameworks that enable senior leadership to make better decisions. Support Head of Finance in evaluating strategic trade-offs across growth, profitability, liquidity, risk and capital allocation.

Capital Markets IPO Readiness - Support Head of Finance on IPO readiness and capital-markets-related initiatives as and when required. Work with investment bankers, auditors, lawyers and other external advisors on relevant projects. Support benchmarking, financial analysis, investor materials and management presentations. Help strengthen financial processes, reporting, governance and internal controls required for a potential public-market environment. Support projects relating to equity story, investor readiness, financial disclosures and capital-market benchmarking. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams required to close identified IPO-readiness gaps.

What We Are Looking For

Ideal Background - 8 to 12 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, Big 4 advisory practice, strategic finance or corporate finance role.

Candidates from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, EY-Parthenon, Strategy, Kearney, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and similar institutions would be relevant.

Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, financial modelling and business drivers.

Excellent Gen AI capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems into structured analytical frameworks.

Ability to independently develop a point of view from incomplete or complex information.

Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Ability to operate independently with limited supervision and significant ambiguity.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

High attention to detail combined with strong strategic judgement.
