Your Role

As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end learning journey of new joiners in the Sales team — from onboarding and classroom training to OJT, coaching, performance tracking, certification, and final handover to Operations.

About You

Conduct sales induction, product, process, system, and customer-handling training.

Plan and deliver OJT, mock calls, call listening, coaching, and assessments.

Create and manage LMS content, role plays, case studies, and refresher modules.

Track new-joiner performance and identify training gaps.

Conduct final assessments and certify new joiners for Operations handover.

Continuously improve training programs based on performance and business feedback.

Share training and performance updates with Sales and Operations teams.

2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, L&D, Quality, or Coaching.

Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good understanding of sales and customer handling.

Experience with LMS, OJT, assessments, and performance tracking.

Telesales, hospitality, travel, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
