🚀️ What you'll do● Own Android dev for onboarding, chat, calls, engagement, retention & monetization 🎯● Build scalable, high-performance features with Kotlin 💻● Partner with Product, Design, Backend & Growth to ship intuitive experiences 🤝● Improve architecture, code quality, reliability & release processes ⚙️● Mentor engineers & raise the bar for Android practices● Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing & productivity 🤖

✅ What we're looking for● 3–5 years of hands-on Android dev experience 📅● Strong background building apps for product companies 🏢● Kotlin is mandatory 💯● Solid grasp of Android fundamentals, architecture, lifecycle, APIs, performance & release management● Strong product sense & ability to turn requirements into polished experiences 🎨● Comfort in fast-paced, high-ownership environments ⚡● Basic cross-platform exposure preferred 🔄● KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) is good to have 🎁● Builder mindset with strong execution & problem-solving skills ️● Great at using AI to build 🧠✨
