Role Summary

Senior Consultants – Offshore are responsible for the end‑to‑end technical implementation of the Investment Management Solution Application. This role requires strong domain and product expertise combined with hands‑on technical skills to translate client business requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

Senior Consultants should design, configure, develop, and integrate CRIMS components while ensuring solution quality, system stability, and operational readiness. The role involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, architects, and global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client ownership post go‑live.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking experienced implementation professionals with a strong background in investment management systems and financial technology delivery. The ideal candidate brings at least 12 years of relevant industry experience, gained within a consulting firm or financial software provider, and has successfully delivered complex Front, Middle, or Back Office implementations.

Candidates with proven experience in Capital Markets technology projects, strong technical depth, and a track record of client‑facing delivery will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Offshore, you will:

Lead and contribute to CRIMS technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflowsAnalyze, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into effective CRIMS solutionsDesign, configure, and develop application components aligned with functional and non‑functional requirementsPerform end‑to‑end system testing, including integration and regression testing across workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application, data, and integration layersEnsure solutions are stable, scalable, and production ready, meeting CRD engineering and client standardsPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to support go‑live readiness and transition to client ownershipProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members as requiredContribute to delivery excellence by adhering to CRD SDLC, documentation, and quality practices

What We Value

Senior Consultants (Offshore) are expected to demonstrate:

Strong experience delivering Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management system implementationsProven execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsDeep capital markets domain knowledge, including:Equity and Fixed Income instrumentsInvestment and/or Wealth Management workflowsDerivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX)

Technical Skills & Experience

Hands‑on technical expertise is essential, including:

Programming & DevelopmentC#Core JavaSQL Server (advanced querying, performance tuning)Batch JobsETL BasicsObservability toolsAIData & ReportingETL tools such as Pentaho Kettle or TalendSSRS report developmentData processing and reconciliation workflowsCloud & PlatformsStrong experience with Azure and/or AWSSnowflake experience is a strong plusIntegration & Market DataIndustry standards and interfaces such as FIX, SWIFTMarket data and reference data integrations (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI)

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplineStrong academic foundation in:Software development and object‑oriented programmingData structures and databasesFinancial systems and distributed architectureExposure to cloud computing, data integration, and enterprise systems is highly valuedAdvanced degrees or certifications are a plus, including:Azure / AWS Cloud CertificationsRelevant technical or financial certificationsCFA

Experience Requirements

Minimum 12-18 years of relevant professional experience delivering financial technology solutionsDemonstrated hands‑on experience in:Application development and configurationSystem integration and data processingReporting and analyticsCloud‑based implementations within investment or capital markets environments
