Role OverviewTitan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with our global reseller partners, which include some of the largest hosting companies and registrars globally, such as GoDaddy, Newfold Digital, Hostinger, Name.com , NameSilo, and others. You will own these partnerships end-to-end post-contract, ensuring seamless integration, flawless execution, and strong revenue growth. As the P&L owner for existing accounts and the primary point of contact (SPOC), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact and deliver measurable results.

Roles and Responsibilities1. Revenue growthDevelop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth from existing partners.Launch new integration models to improve revenue outcomes.Implement initiatives that increase paid upgrades, retention, and LTV.Track partner KPIs (revenue, monetization, signups, conversions) and identify improvement opportunities.Analyze partnership dashboards to identify high-impact opportunities.Monitor outcomes vs. projections and iterate for continuous improvement.2. Partner relationship managementOwn the full lifecycle of partner relationships post-deal.Act as Titan's face and the SPOC for all business and technical conversations.Build strong, trust-led relationships to ensure high satisfaction and NPS.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive alignment on priority initiatives.Negotiate renewals and ensure deals align with Titan's strategic and revenue goals.3. Operational excellenceEnsure timely and successful delivery of all partner-related initiatives.Give final sign-off on integrations and partner projects.Own dashboards for revenue, monetization, and partner health.Represent the partner's voice internally to drive alignment across teams.4. Technical integration managementEngage with partners to define technical and integration requirements.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless integrations.Manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.Create reusable playbooks and documentation for integration processes.Communicate program updates clearly and manage competing priorities effectively.

Skills and Qualifications10+ years in the software industry, with 5+ years managing large partners (multi-million USD ARR), ideally in the hosting ecosystem.Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, including acquisition, activation, retention, and MRR.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proven experience in cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, business development, and other teams.Comfortable with APIs and system integrations; able to translate technical requirements into action.Knowledge of the web hosting industry and control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, etc.) is a plus.Proficiency in tools for project management, forecasting, and reporting.
