Job Title: Senior Specialist-CRES Office
Department/Function: Corporate Real Estate & Services
Job Purpose:
The Senior Specialist - ESG Office within the Enterprise Services Group is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the ESG Office. This role is based in Mumbai and involves strategic planning, space management, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with various business and support units.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage project rollouts effectively.Oversee workspace management and ensure optimal utilization of office space.Plan and acquire large office spaces based on business requirements.Handle regulatory reporting related to office operations.Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.Collaborate with business and support units to provide necessary materials and services for daily operations.Ensure adherence to established processes and key operational parameters.Manage scheduling and communication for the Head of ESG.Maintain effective stakeholder management.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
