Role Purpose:Lead complex global platform transformations. Bring teams together. Shape our future delivery capability.We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Director to lead complex global customer migrations and implementations for our new modular cargo platform.This is a senior program leadership and consulting role, combining end-to-end ERP/platform migration expertise, customer advisory, project leadership, organizational design and AI-enabled delivery. Airline Cargo experience is highly desirable, but proven experience delivering complex legacy-to-modern ERP/platform migrations end-to-end is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities :•Lead complex global customer programs from mobilization through migration, implementation, go-live, and stabilization.•Lead both legacy-to-new platform migrations and greenfield implementations, including Big Bang and modular/phased deployments.•Act as a trusted consultant to customers, advising on governance and ways of working required for successful transformation.•Bring together Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Delivery, Operations, Customer and Change Management teams to create one integrated program.•Provide internal consultancy on the future structure, roles, responsibilities, capabilities and operating model of our delivery organization, helping shape the organization as it develops.•Own program governance, planning, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and executive escalations.•Build strong relationships across all levels, from engineers and delivery teams through to C-suite, internally and externally.•Lead customer readiness, change management, and enablement to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.•Drive the practical use of AI and emerging technologies to improve implementation quality, efficiency, velocity, and predictability.•Experience, Knowledge and Skills:•Senior program/project leadership experience in complex technology transformations.•Mandatory: Proven end-to-end experience leading legacy-to-modern ERP/platform migrations, including data, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization.•Proven experience with greenfield implementations, Big Bang cutovers, and modular platform rollouts.•Strong consulting experience advising on organization structures, operating models, roles, responsibilities and change.•Exceptional stakeholder management, with credibility from engineering level through to ExCom.•Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-vendor, international program and bring diverse teams together.•Strong governance, risk, commercial and change management capabilities.•Airline / Airline Cargo / Cargo technology experience is strongly preferred.•AI-literate and focused on using AI to improve program delivery, quality and velocity.•Consulting, systems integration or Tier-1 technology services background preferred.
