Job Purpose

'The Senior Product Manager – Unnati Micro Business Loans will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the Unnati Micro Business Loans product within the said unit. Based in Mumbai, the role involves strategic oversight of product development, process optimization, market analysis, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, streamline operations, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities

'Primary Responsibilities

Product Management

Develop ongoing market insights and identify sector trends. Evaluate competitor offerings and benchmark product propositions. Conduct SWOT analysis and uncover growth opportunities. Configure and refine product pricing using market research and costing data.

Portfolio Review & Performance Management

Conduct post-launch product audits and competitor evaluations. Analyse product and portfolio performance. Adjust marketing and promotional plans based on performance insights. Assess channel performance and rationalize portfolios, managing & monitoring portfolio collections strategies and costs Analyse the PnL, To find relevant trends and shar the same with stakeholders

Customer Journey & Process Streamlining

Design and implement smooth, innovative end-to-end customer journeys. Customize and digitize loan processes and system platforms. Ensure regulatory compliance and closure of audit observations.

Product Sales Support

Develop training modules and deliver training across teams. Coordinate with support verticals (sales, credit, operations) for product execution.

Secondary Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training modules for internal teams. Coordinate with support verticals and stakeholders for smooth product operations. Maintain MIS and product decks for periodic reviews. Engage with sales teams daily to drive disbursal volumes and maximize reach.
