Senior Product Manager - SAP FICO

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager who brings together Product Management + SAP Functional expertise.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Systems, requiring a strong understanding of both product strategy and end-to-end business processes such as procurement, order-to-cash, inventory, and accounting.The ideal candidate can translate complex business and SAP requirements into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and solutions—combining strong product craft with deep functional expertise.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Mumbai. The SAP Consultant will analyze business requirements, map them to SAP functionalities, and design solutions that optimize key business processes. Responsibilities include configuring SAP modules, managing master data, ensuring accurate and efficient data flows, and supporting system integration between SAP and other platforms. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide consulting insights, perform testing, and support deployments and post-go-live enhancements. The SAP Consultant will also prepare documentation, train end users, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system performance and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities• Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolio, translating business and financial objectives into product requirements• Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to design workflows that are compliant, auditable, and operationally sound• Lead product initiatives tied to ERP/SAP-integrated processes — order management, inventory, billing, and financial reconciliation• Translate complex enterprise system logic (SAP modules, integrations, master data) into product specs that engineering can build against• Define and track success metrics (OKRs/KRs) for the portfolio, with strong emphasis on measurable business impact• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, finance, and business stakeholders• Manage a small team of PMs/APMs, mentoring them on both product craft and domain depth

Desired Qualifications• CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) — strong foundation in financial and accounting principles is a must• 10–12 years of overall experience, with a meaningful portion in product management within B2B, enterprise, or supply chain platforms

Desired Experience• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation — as a functional consultant, business analyst, or product owner driving an SAP rollout, migration, or integration project• Working knowledge of core SAP modules relevant to order-to-cash, procurement, or inventory (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO)• Experience translating finance/accounting concepts into system and product requirements• Exposure to B2B marketplace, industrial/manufacturing supply chain, or logistics platforms is a strong plusTrack record of working with enterprise stakeholders and managing complex, multi-system integrations
