Job Title: Senior Operational Risk Analyst – Retail Liability

Role Summary

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for managing operational risks across Retail Liability, Branch Banking, and Retail Operations. The role focuses on identifying risks, strengthening controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong risk culture across business units. The position requires close coordination with Business, Risk, and Operations teams to support safe and efficient banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the Bank’s operational risk framework and ensure consistent risk management practices. Conduct RCSA, create & monitor KRIs, and manage operational risk events and issues. Evaluate product and process notes through an operational risk lens, providing structured recommendations to mitigate potential exposures. Conduct reviews, deep-dives, and targeted risk assessments across high-risk processes to enhance operational resilience Track risk items and provide regular updates to senior management. Perform risk assessments and support governance reporting. Act as an independent reviewer during SOP and control evaluations. Assist in regulatory reporting and follow industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Retail Liability and/or Branch Banking.
