Team handling and management. Identifying eligible customers for personal loan offers from the existing customer database. Contacting customers through phone calls, emails, and personal meetings. Explaining personal loan products and benefits to prospective customers. Assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable loan solutions. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Guiding customers through the loan application process. Collecting and verifying required documentation.
Required Competencies & Skills
