Key Responsibilities:
1. Identification of Potential: - Analysis of Kia India Network coverage & TIV sales data- Identifying untapped cities/towns/talukas/villages – having high potential, Significant TIV volume but No Kia India network available, no near future plans- Customer demographic should be matching with Kia India customer profile2. Business Plan Formation:- Preparation of annual business plans, target volume & key strategy/ activities to achieve the business plans- Regular reporting of rural share of Business, Data analysis to find gap areas & action to improve- Dealer wise outlet wise planning3. Strategic Tie-ups & BTL Events:- Tie-up with leading financiers at local/ regional level for rural markets – MMFSL, NBFCs etc.- Tie-up with Village Level Entrepreneurs/ CSC etc.- BTL Activities : Display activities, Rural Melas, Showroom on Wheels etc4. Rural Manpower (Dealer):- Identification & finalization of Super-KEC requirement – Dealer-wise- Recruitment of manpower as per requirement & Area allocation - Training of manpower on Kia India systems & processes- Monthly target rolling for Super KECs for Bookings & Retails- Daily performance monitoring, weekly review for non-performers/ low performers- Reward & Recognition of manpower, highlighting Top performers, recognition by management- Super KEC Skill Contest to identify the top talents, Recognition & Rewards5. Key KPI’s:- Achieve monthly/quarterly rural sales targets for the assigned region- Drive retail performance through focused rural penetration strategies- Activations : Monthly/ Quarterly BTL plan- Network Coverage : Rural Outlets, Kestive counter, Rural Manpower- Manpower : Adequate dealer manpower onboarding, Training & Development- Track KPIs: rural contribution %, enquiry generation, conversion ratio- Maintain daily/weekly dashboards for management review Ensure adherence to processes and reporting systems (DMS/CRM)
