The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting appropriate financial products and solutions, and ensuring timely execution of transactions. The Relationship Manager will regularly meet customers, prepare proposals, coordinate with internal stakeholders for credit and operations, and monitor portfolio performance and risk. Daily activities include tracking market developments, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting systems. The role also requires adherence to internal compliance and regulatory guidelines while delivering high-quality client service and supporting strategic growth objectives.Qualifications Strong relationship management and client-facing skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with large corporate and mid-market clients.Solid understanding of financial products and services (e.g., lending, treasury, investment, and risk solutions) and the ability to match them to client needs.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with financial statements, credit assessment basics, and market analysis.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in professional business correspondence.Collaborative working style, with experience coordinating across credit, operations, legal, and product teams to deliver client solutions.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in corporate banking, NBFCs, or financial services relationship management is preferred.Ability to work ethically and in line with DEI principles, respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
