Leadership & cultureSupport to provide management with advice on how to actively demonstrate ownership in compliance related matters in order to foster the right compliance culture and awareness.

Communication & trainingsDevelop APAC compliance training and communication materials to employees and external business partners (e.g., Sales Channel Partners).Develop and conduct compliance communication and promotion campaigns.Coordinate and conduct onboarding of new compliance members (compliance appointees and ambassadors), develop measures for keeping proper qualification of existing compliance appointees.Develop, promote and maintain compliance knowledge platform (trainings, templates, tools).

Compliance program, standards & controlsIdentify external compliance obligations and translating those obligations into actionable regional and local policies and procedures.Development of proposals for structural and organizational measures to improve the CMS and its implementation (e.g., revision of existing, elaboration of new processes and introduction of new compliance tools, digitalization).Regionalize and support the implementation of Global Compliance’s initiatives, that are relevant for APAC.Monitor APAC compliance program’s effectiveness.Conduct due diligence on external partners (e.g., Sales Channel Partner Integrity Assessment) and oversee its implementation in the local Draeger companies.

Risk Assessment SupportSupport and advice local Draeger companies in conducting compliance risk assessments and compliance risk management.

RespondSupport in remediation activities (upon request of APAC Investigation and Monitoring Team).

Relevant ExperienceThe candidate should have at least 8 years of compliance experience, preferably had work in MNC environment supporting more than 1 country beside the home country.
