Test and approve/reject incoming raw materials.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality.Conduct admixture and raw material trials.Perform concrete mix design trials.Ensure usage of approved mix designs only.Monitor moisture correction during production.Check fresh concrete quality and sampling as per standards.Ensure proper cube casting and testing.Maintain calibration of testing equipment.Conduct site visits and provide technical support.Resolve site quality issues and monitor cube results.Implement corrective and preventive actions.Maintain quality records and documentation.Prepare quality MIS and consumption reports.Assist in stock verification and inventory checks.
