Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Deploy, support, and troubleshoot Java-based applications in production environments.

Possess strong understanding of application deployment architecture, including Docker-based deployments.

Respond promptly to application-related queries raised by business and technical users.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and resolve independently or coordinate with L3 support teams.

Participate in production code deployments, post-deployment verification, and application monitoring.

Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures in MSSQL.

Track day-to-day production issues and ensure timely closure.

Prepare detailed RCA reports and share findings with clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate closely with Support, Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs and proactively prevent escalations.
