We believe in people owning what you do and providing support to folks for making decisions (sometimes even wrong decisions!) all the while learning and growing with the organization. FlexiLoans is your front row seat to the MSME Fintech revolution in India!

The role in a gist:FlexiLoans has lent to over 1,00,000 MSMEs across 300+ cities, almost all of it through one motion: a business needs capital, we underwrite, we disburse, they repay, and the relationship goes quiet. You own the conversion funnel and the disbursement growth of our two core books UBL and SCF and you own the launch of what comes next.

What we are looking for in the role:1. Conversion end-to-end funnel ownershipOwn the full customer funnel for UBL and SCF: lead to disbursal.Instrument every stage. Know the drop-off rate, the reason, and the size of the prize at each step before proposing a fix.Attack the big leaks: document collection friction, bank statement and GST data submission, KYC drop-offs, e-sign and e-NACH completion, offer acceptance, and sanction-to-disbursal fallout. With the Customer first approach.Reduce time-to-money (login to sanction, sanction to disbursal) as a primary conversion lever, not a hygiene metric.Run a continuous experimentation program: hypothesis, A/B or cohort test, readout, ship or kill.2. UBL disbursement growth:Own UBL disbursal volume and the product levers behind it, segment targeting, offer construction, ticket size and tenor mix, pricing presentation, top-up and enhancement journeys.Build self-serve and assisted journeys that work for both digitally-native and RM-led customers.Improve activation of sanctioned-but-not-disbursed and approved-but-dormant cohorts.Partner with Marketing and Sales on lead quality, feed conversion data back into sourcing so we buy better leads, not just more.3. SCF disbursement growth:Own SCF disbursal and, critically, limit utilisation, a sanctioned SCF limit that does not draw down is not growth.Build and scale anchor-led programs: anchor onboarding, program setup, dealer/vendor onboarding at scale, invoice and PO-based financing journeys.Own the spoke (dealer/vendor) experience end-to-end: onboarding, limit visibility, drawdown, repayment, re-drawdown, and drive repeat drawdown frequency.Build integrations that reduce friction at the anchor end: ERP and invoice-data integrations, e-invoice and GST data flows, bulk onboarding, reconciliation and settlement reporting.Work with Business on the anchor pipeline, turning each new anchor into a faster, more templated launch than the last.4. New product launch (0 to 1 and to scale):Identify and size new product opportunities across MSME lending, new segments, structures, tenors, secured variants, embedded and co-lending propositions.Write the business case: market size, unit economics, expected loss assumptions, capital and partner requirements, and the go/no-go criteria.Design and run pilots with a defined cohort, a fixed timebox, and pre-agreed success thresholds.Own launch readiness end-to-end: product journey, policy sign-off with Credit and Risk, compliance and regulatory review, systems and LOS changes, operations readiness, partner and sales enablement, pricing, and GTM with Marketing.Scale what works and shut down what doesn't, with a written post-mortem either way.5. Channels and distributionScale journeys across every route to market: app, web, partner and embedded APIs, DSAs and connectors, marketplaces and anchor platforms, and RM-assisted flows.Build the assisted-sales tooling that makes RMs and partners faster: application capture, status visibility, document chase, offer generation.Own partner and embedded integration experience as a product, including documentation, sandbox, and time-to-first-disbursal for a new partner.6. Insight and experimentationOwn funnel analytics, cohort analysis and customer research for both books. Talk to customers, dropped applicants and partners regularly.Build the dashboards that the business runs on, and make sure every number has an owner.Maintain a live, prioritised backlog of conversion experiments with expected impact.

Ideal candidate:6 -10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years owning a growth or funnel charter in lending, fintech or financial services.Demonstrated ownership of a disbursal, revenue or conversion number, not just feature delivery.Experience building digital lending journeys end to end, including the unglamorous parts: KYC, document collection, e-sign, e-NACH, disbursal and repayment setup.Strong analytical ability, including proficiency in SQL and product analytics tooling. You size an opportunity before you build, and you can defend the estimate.Proven experimentation practice, you have run real tests, read them honestly, and killed your own ideas.Experience taking at least one product from zero to launch and through to scale.Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Credit, Risk, Operations and Engineering and hold a line with all of them.

Qualification & Experience:MBA in Business Analytics, Marketing, or IT preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in fintech or lending background Direct experience with Supply Chain Finance, anchor-dealer/vendor programs, invoice and PO financing, limit utilisation dynamics
