Role Purpose
The Product Manager - Campaign Management will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and governing sales incentive campaigns, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and business acceleration contests across internal sales teams and external partner channels. The role will focus on driving higher business volumes, improving productivity, enhancing engagement, and ensuring effective campaign execution across products, regions, and distribution channels.
The incumbent will work closely with Business Heads, Product Teams, Sales Teams, Partnerships, Analytics, HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to launch data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Design
Conceptualize and design sales campaigns, incentive programs, championships, leaderboards, recognition programs, and partner contests.Develop campaign constructs aligned with organizational business goals and growth priorities.Design campaigns to drive: Higher disbursementsCustomer acquisitionCross-sell businessProduct penetrationActivation(resources & even Partner agents) and productivityCollections and portfolio quality metricsCreate differentiated campaigns for various sales channels, products, and employee grades.
Campaign Execution & Governance
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to closure.Define campaign rules, participant eligibility, qualification criteria, gating conditions, payouts, rewards, and recognition mechanisms.Ensure timely launch, communication, tracking, and closure of all campaigns.Develop campaign governance frameworks and execution calendars.
Sales & Partner Engagement
Design and manage campaigns for: Internal Sales TeamsRegional and Zonal TeamsBranch Banking TeamsRural Sales TeamsDSA ChannelsPartnership Channels(Agent/VLE) NetworksStrategic Business PartnersCreate initiatives that enhance participant engagement and healthy competition.
Business Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance against defined objectives.Track key business metrics including: Disbursement volumesLead generationConversion ratesCross-sell businessActivation levelsPortfolio qualityRecommend interventions and course corrections to maximize outcomes.
Analytics & MIS
Develop campaign dashboards, scorecards, leaderboards, and performance reports.Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI.Identify winning behaviors, best practices, and productivity drivers.Present campaign performance reviews to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships, HR, Finance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.Coordinate approvals, budget validation, reward management, and campaign execution.Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Rewards & Recognition Management
Manage reward structures including cash incentives, recognition programs, clubs, championships, and experiential rewards.Ensure accurate winner declarations and timely reward disbursement.Maintain transparency and fairness in campaign execution.
Technology & Automation
Work with IT and Digital teams to automate campaign tracking, participant scorecards, dashboards, and reward calculations.Improve campaign management processes through technology-enabled solutions.Develop automated reporting and visibility mechanisms for field teams and management.
Communication & Change Management
Create campaign launch communication, FAQs, participant guides, leaderboards, and winner announcements.Drive awareness and adoption of campaigns across all channels.Ensure consistent communication throughout the campaign period.

Education
MBA/PGDM preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in Campaign Management, Sales Excellence, Incentive Design, Business Analytics, Product Management, Retail Banking, Rural Banking, Lending, or Distribution Management.Experience in managing sales incentive programs, recognition frameworks, and business growth campaigns.Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services experience preferred.
