Principal Activities
Manage cross-functional pricing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, responsibilities, and objectives.Manage and coordinate operational pricing activities across Pumps EMEA & APACSupport price list creation, maintenance, and implementationEnsure accurate and timely maintenance of pricing conditions in ERP systemsMonitor the achievement of price increase targets and identify deviationsPrepare regular pricing reports, KPIs, and management dashboardsAnalyze price realization, discount development, and margin performanceEnsure pricing data quality, consistency, and transparency across entitiesCoordinate operational pricing activities with Sales, Finance, IT, and local business unitsSupport pricing projects through data analysis and operational implementationIdentify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with established pricing policies and approval processes
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, or a related commercial function, preferably within an international B2B industrial environmentProven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely and effective implementation.Practical experience in operational pricing and price implementationExperience with price list management and pricing conditionsUnderstanding of pricing processes, discount structures, and margin developmentExperience in preparing pricing reports, KPIs, and performance analysesAbility to coordinate activities across different regions and functionsStrong process orientation and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder-management skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools such as Power BIExperience with ERP systems and pricing-related SAP processes
