The company is certified for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management, underscoring its commitment to high operational standards.Role Description The Power Solution Architect will design, validate, and optimize power solutions for customers, ensuring technical feasibility, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and project teams to develop proposals, prepare technical documentation, and support solution presentations. The role includes conducting load and system analysis, selecting appropriate power and energy management products, and defining architectures for telecom, data center, industrial, and infrastructure applications. The Power Solution Architect will participate in customer meetings, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and help resolve complex system integration and performance issues. The position also involves staying updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings and support continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong expertise in power systems design, power electronics, and energy management solutions relevant to telecom, data center, industrial, and infrastructure applications.Experience with solution architecture, system integration, and technical pre-sales, including requirements analysis, solution sizing, and proposal development.Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, protection coordination, system reliability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Ability to create clear technical documentation, such as single-line diagrams, specifications, bill of materials, and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and customers, including the ability to explain complex technical topics in accessible terms.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Experience working with large infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in power, telecom, EV charging, or automation domains.Demonstrated capability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines and quality standards.
