Key Responsibilities
Verify, process, and dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately, with a strong focus on patient safety.
Handle cold-chain medications, Schedule drugs, and narcotics (where applicable) per regulatory and company guidelines.
Manage medicine storage, expiry tracking, and stock rotation using FEFO/FIFO practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, licensing norms, and internal SOPs.
Maintain inventory records and prepare MIS reports, stock reconciliations, and data analysis in Excel.
Use WMS, PMS, and ERP systems for order processing, batch tracking, and inventory management.
Coordinate with operations, quality, and customer support teams to resolve order, stock, and quality issues.
Meet TAT, accuracy, and quality benchmarks consistently.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products: cold-chain medications, Schedule drugs, narcotics (where applicable), OTC, and prescription medicines.
Good understanding of storage requirements, expiry management, FEFO/FIFO, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS), and ERP applications.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on dispensing accuracy and patient safety.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment while meeting TAT and quality targets.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts, as per business requirements.
