Job Description:All MIS data to be updated (Demand Planning file, Sales, Stock, Inventory Analysis, Near Expiry Liquidation, Stock Float Reports) for Anglo Africa.New launch product code updation follow-up.New launch products follow-ups for RM & PM BOM updation and keep track until it reaches the country.To raise monthly MTS in the system (EOA) for Anglo Africa.Pending EOA reconciliation & follow-up for on-time delivery with PPIC.Preparation of the Near Expiry Stock Liquidation file & Bonus file.Updation of OP Stock, Forecast, Near Expiry Stock & Invoice Reconciliation (Transit Stock) in Stock Float.Cross-functional team requires data to submit (e.g., QA/DRA/Legal Dept. – Product Complaint Related & NOC).Support team for dispatch documentation, if required.

Qualification:B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)MBA in Operations

Experience:3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP operations, export documentation, order processing, or a related field.

Key Skills:Working knowledge of SAP operations.Good understanding of export documentation and order processing.Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good coordination and time management skills.
