News Producer (News18 Marathi)

Key Responsibilities:End to end production and execution of news and news shows, ensuring high-quality content delivery.Create and compile content for assigned shows, including cutting graphics, selecting sound bites, and incorporating other key elements as per editorial requirements.Coordinate with multiple teams such as reporters, research desk, guest coordination, assignment desk, PCR, video editing, and online graphics to put together different elements of a show.Develop and review rundowns for assigned shows, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to editorial standards.

What We’re Looking ForAt least 4 years of newsroom experienceMust be proficient in Marathi as this position is being advertised for News18 MarathiStrong understanding of news programmingAwareness about the current economy and geopolitical scenario.Ability to multitask and manage real-time updates in a fast-paced newsroom environment.Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams.Proficiency in news production tools and an eye for compelling storytelling.
