Role OverviewGodrej Finance is looking for a National Head – Anchor Partnerships to lead and scale the anchor acquisition and relationship charter for its Supply Chain Finance business. This is a senior, national-level leadership role responsible for building a robust pipeline of anchor corporates, structuring and closing partnerships, and driving program success across the country in partnership with zonal teams.The ideal candidate is a seasoned SCF/Anchor sales professional who has operated at a national or multi-zone level within a Bank, NBFC, or Fintech, and brings strong relationship-building capability with large corporates and their ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnchor Acquisition & Pipeline Building: Identify, prospect, and onboard large corporate anchors (manufacturers, distributors, large enterprises) for supply chain finance programs such as dealer/vendor financing, invoice discounting, factoring and other SCF Products.Partnership Structuring: Lead commercial and structural negotiations with anchor corporates — program design, risk-sharing arrangements, pricing, technology integration requirements, and SLAs.National Strategy & Planning: Define the national anchor acquisition strategy, target segments/industries, and revenue targets in line with overall SCF business goals.Cross-Zone Leadership: Work closely with zonal/regional sales teams to ensure smooth handover, onboarding, and scale-up of anchor programs across geographies; provide guidance and support for anchor-led sourcing.Relationship Management: Build and maintain CXO/senior-management-level relationships with anchor corporates to ensure long-term partnership health, program expansion, and repeat business.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth program launches and ongoing servicing.Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor SCF programs, and anchor ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities and refine positioning.Reporting & Governance: Own the anchor partnership pipeline/P&L reporting, track program performance metrics, and present periodic updates to senior leadership.Key RequirementsExperience10–15 years of overall work experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Anchor Sales / Supply Chain Finance.Demonstrated experience managing multiple zones/regions — prior exposure to a national or multi-zone leadership mandate.Skills & AttributesStrong relationship management skills, with a track record of engaging and closing deals with CXOs and senior decision-makers at large corporates.Sound understanding of SCF products — dealer finance, vendor finance, invoice discounting and factoring.Strong commercial and negotiation acumen; ability to structure win-win partnership deals.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.Data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making.Willingness to travel extensively across zones.EducationGraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).What Success Looks LikeA healthy, diversified pipeline of anchor partnerships across key industries and geographies.Strong program throughput (dealer/vendor onboarding, disbursement volumes) from anchor-led sourcing.High anchor retention and expansion of wallet share within existing partnerships.Effective enablement of zonal teams to exe
