Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Collate and consolidate data related to revenue, expenses, inventory and other business metrics.
Perform reconciliations between operational data, MIS and accounting records.
Track and resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
Collect, organise and maintain invoices, reports, reconciliations and supporting documents/backups.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Stores and other teams for required data and explanations.
Support management, internal/external audits and other business reviews with required reports and documentation.
Improve and standardise data collection, reporting and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
MBA or BCOM with 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Finance, Business Finance or a similar role.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; knowledge of Power BI/ERP will be an advantage.
Good understanding of basic accounting and business processes.
Strong attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data and work with multiple teams.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
