Job Purpose :

Drive customer spends, activation, and engagement by building and scaling merchant offers across key categories, covering both online and offline partners. Focus on creating strong merchant partnerships, executing impactful offers smoothly, optimizing costs, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build strong partnerships with merchants across different categories (online and offline) and close good deals for offers and campaigns. Develop a marketing calendar of Merchant offers on yearly basis Plan and run merchant-led offers, rewards, and campaigns to drive customer spends and usage. Onboard new merchants and keep them actively engaged to deliver attractive offers for customers. Work with merchants to create the right offers for different customer segments and stages (new, active, high spenders). Track performance of offers and partnerships; improve results in terms of spends, activation, and cost efficiency. Negotiate better commercials and find ways to reduce costs and improve partner funding. Ensure a smooth and simple customer experience across all merchant offers and campaigns. Support new customer acquisition through merchant-driven offers and campaigns. Manage end-to-end partner processes (onboarding, agreements, payouts, and compliance). Handle customer issues related to offers, identify root causes, and fix them to avoid repeat problems.

Secondary Responsibilities :

'Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of merchant offers and campaigns. Manage daily work, priorities, and timelines to deliver programs on time. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and partners to stay aligned on goals and execution. Quickly flag and escalate issues, and ensure they are resolved properly. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and merchant partners for better collaboration. Guide and support teams in running offers and campaigns effectively across online and offline merchants. Ensure clear communication, ownership, and accountability across all programs.
