Position OverviewThe International Sales Manager – B2C will be responsible for driving revenue through international B2C sales across assigned global markets.The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and requirements, recommending relevant cybersecurity certification programs, handling objections, and converting qualified enquiries into enrolments.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to engage confidently with customers across international markets and cultures.

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert international B2C sales enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp and virtual interactions.Understand prospective learners’ career goals, experience, requirements and timelines to recommend relevant certification pathways.Conduct effective sales counselling, product presentations and solution pitches for EC-Council certification programs.Build rapport with prospects and establish strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and qualification through follow-up, objection handling and closure.Identify customer concerns and handle objections around pricing, certification value, experience, competition and timing.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.Follow up with prospects through structured and timely communication to maximise conversion.Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and relevant certification pathways based on customer requirements.Maintain accurate lead activity, qualification details, follow-ups and sales stages in the CRM.Understand market trends, customer requirements and competitive offerings across assigned international markets.Ensure a high-quality customer experience while achieving individual sales and revenue targets.

Job RequirementsRelevant experience in sales & business development, preferably in Edtech industryAccent neutral and fluent oral and written communication skills in EnglishStrong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.Familiarity with cybersecurity or related technology sectors is advantageous.
