About The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our Online Distribution Team. The Intern will work closely with the supply chain and distribution teams to support data analysis, inventory planning, order fulfilment, and operational processes across our online distribution network.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding e-commerce supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day online distribution and supply chain operations.Analyse supply chain, inventory, order fulfilment, and distribution data to identify trends and gaps.Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for tracking key operational metrics.Assist in monitoring inventory availability, stock movement, order fulfilment, and ageing.Work on data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation from multiple sources.Develop and maintain reports using MS Excel and Power BI.Support the team in identifying operational inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, Business, and Category teams to resolve operational issues.Assist in tracking and analysing key supply chain KPIs and preparing regular performance reports.Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven projects as required by the team.

A highly analytical and proactive individual who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, and understanding how supply chain and online distribution processes work in an e-commerce environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
