Job Description:

New Institutional Accounts to be added in circle.

1) Acquisition of sites from institutions such as Municipal Corporations, Government Departments, Development authority, State & Central Government bodies, etc.

2) Tender Management, Technical Eligibility & participation in 100% of tender.

3) Approvals / Clearance from Government authorities

4) Positioning & follow up meetings with institutions in circle, maintaining relationships on regular basis.

Growth in IA sites Portfolio.

1) Addition of new IA sites.

2) IA sites rental payment as per the contract.

3) IA site sharing

Acquisition of smart city project (smart poles or fiber and or GBM or Small cells), Digital Districts.

1) Meeting with Smart city project authorities and maintaining relationship

2) Follow up and working on generating PPP model RFPs

3) Acquiring IBS sites & RFAI of IBS Sites.
