About The Role
LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant [LOS] to work closely with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with customers.Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Configure product workflows and coordinate integrations as per client needs.Prepare functional documentation, solution outlines, and configuration details.Support UAT, address gaps, and ensure smooth go-live and transition.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams.Manage client communication and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of experience in LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
