Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an HRMS & HR Technology Specialist (Retainer) to support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem, with a key focus on Spring as the single source of truth for HR data. The role involves HRMS configuration, employee data management, reporting, analytics, workflow management, and system enhancements to ensure seamless HR operations and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HRMS/HCM platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or Darwinbox.

Configure HR modules, workflows, system settings, and organizational structures based on business requirements.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee master data across HR systems.

Support HR data setup, system enhancements, configuration changes, and issue resolution.

Improve data quality by identifying gaps, validating records, and implementing corrective actions.

Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS using Power BI and advanced Excel, Python.

Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement system improvements and resolve technical issues.

Support HR technology projects, system upgrades, testing (UAT), and change management activities.

Maintain system documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure timely delivery of HR technology-related transactions while adhering to data governance and compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required

2 - 4 years of experience in HRMS/HRIS administration, HR Technology, HR Analytics, or HR Operations.

Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or similar HRMS platforms.

Experience in HR reporting, dashboard creation, and HR data analysis is essential.

Educational Qualification

MBA (HR), Data Analyst, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM configuration and system administration.

Strong understanding of HR modules, workflows, employee lifecycle, and HR master data.

Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced MS Excel, dashboards, and HR analytics.

Knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or similar HR technology platforms.

Experience in data quality management, data governance, and system optimization.

Understanding of system integrations, user management, and HRMS support.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to translate HR business requirements into effective system solutions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
