HSBC is hiring for the role of HR Apprentice!
Responsibiliies of the Apprentice:
Liaise with colleagues from across the organization to support priorities related to recognition, global mobility, employee benefits, wellbeing, vendor management and reporting
Work with internal colleagues and vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives, processes and products in line with business objectives
Develop specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of internal policies, competitor practice, external market developments and trends, and legislative and regulatory developments
Translate data and reporting into analysis by interpreting the data and providing insights
Effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring appropriate alignment between local and global practices and requirements
Managing multiple priorities and adherence to timelines while dealing with ambiguity and navigating complex processes
Highly proactive, ability to work in a matrix environment including colleagues in global, regional and country teams
Requirements:
Graduate degree
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group, including senior populations
Strong track record of analytical skills, ability to interpret and to draw insights from data and present effectively to stakeholders
Strong business acumen with ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities
