Responsibilities

Partner SBU leaders on manpower planning, org structure, spans/levels discipline and role clarity Execute performance management locally: goal setting support, review documentation, calibration inputs and follow-up Coordinate hiring and onboarding with TA and GCC‑HR (joining, documentation, induction readiness) Drive engagement actions, communications cadence and culture interventions at site/SBU level Handle grievances and ER issues first-line; escalate complex cases to IR/ER and ensure closure tracking Ensure HR compliance readiness (records, trainings, audit support) including contractor workforce interface governance Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions with GCC‑HR (leave/attendance guidance, transfers, exits) and ensure SLA adherence Manage local administration needs with Admin lead; track vendor/service issues and employee amenities
