The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and preparing expense reports. The role involves organizing documents and presentations, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on executive priorities. The Executive Assistant will handle internal and external communications, prepare correspondence, and support meeting logistics and minutes. The position also requires maintaining confidentiality, liaising with cross-functional teams, and proactively identifying ways to improve executive efficiency and office operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as organizing files, preparing presentations, and supporting day-to-day office operations.Candidates should possess experience handling Expense Reports and basic financial or budget tracking for executive activities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field are beneficial, along with proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar applications).Strong attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.Prior experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives, preferably in large or global organizations, is an advantage.
