We are looking for an experienced Payroll Leader for a Director – Payroll opportunity with a leading global Asset Management Firm in Mumbai.
💼 Experience: 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in end-to-end India payroll and global/multi-country payroll exposure.
Key Requirements:-• Strong India Payroll & statutory compliance expertise• Global / Multi-country Payroll exposure• Payroll tax, controls, reconciliations & audits• Vendor management & governance• Strong team/people management experience• Payroll transformation & process improvement• Workday or similar HRMS exposure preferred• Financial Services / GCC / Shared Services experience preferred
