Your Role

As an Director at StayVista, you'll be the senior finance leader building the scalable, control-oriented and IPO-ready finance function that will carry us toward a public listing by 2030. Reporting to the Management and Board, you'll own the full breadth of finance — strategy, accounting, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, taxation, governance and IPO readiness — and turn processes that today sit with individuals into institutional systems the whole organisation can rely on.

Beyond running the numbers, you'll partner with the Management and business heads on growth, profitability, expansion and capital allocation, while establishing the monthly, quarterly and annual operating rhythms that keep a fast-scaling business disciplined. You'll lead a team of three functional heads — across Finance & Accounting; FP&A, Treasury & Investor Relations; and Compliance, Secretarial & IPO — coaching them into clear ownership and strong succession so the function never depends on any single person again.

This role also carries the organization’s IPO program end to end: coordinating bankers, legal counsel, auditors, the Company Secretary and tax advisors, leading financial due diligence and data-room readiness, and progressively aligning our reporting, controls, related-party processes and disclosures with public-company expectations. About You

You'll own the finance strategy and annual finance roadmap, partnering with the Management and business heads on growth, profitability and capital allocation.

You'll ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual close, and own statutory financials, audit coordination and accounting policies.

You'll strengthen the ERP, chart of accounts, reconciliations, AP/AR and month-end controls into a disciplined, documented process.

You'll lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning, and build villa-, resort- and business-unit-level profitability and unit economics.

You'll provide decision support on pricing, occupancy, margins, new projects and investments, and own Board MIS, variance analysis and dashboards.

You'll manage cash-flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, debt, investments and financing, and support capital structure and valuation discussions.

You'll own investor and shareholder reporting with the Management, and build institutional-quality investor data packs ahead of the IPO.

You'll oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, notices and audits, and ensure ROC, demat, ESOP and governance processes are managed with the right specialists.

You'll act as the senior finance owner for the 2030 IPO — leading due diligence, data-room readiness, internal-control remediation and offer-document financial sections with external advisors.

You'll take over banking, investor, auditor, tax and legal relationships, sign off the finance knowledge repository and SOPs, and independently lead multiple monthly closing cycles.

You'll build and institutionalise the function — clear ownership, SOPs, controls, access rights and documentation — so key-person dependency is designed out.

CA preferred, with an MBA, CFA or CS an added advantage, and strong progressive finance experience including senior finance leadership.

Experience in a scaled growth-stage, hospitality, travel, consumer, real-estate-linked or asset-light business, with a strong foundation across accounting, FP&A, treasury, taxation, governance and controls.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
