Digital Product Manager

Job Summary:The candidate shall be responsible for driving partner onboarding and digital transformation initiatives across an organization by developing and implementing partner onboarding, digital strategies, managing digital projects, and overseeing the adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities include aligning digital efforts with business goals, managing budgets and resources, leading teams, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digital projects and the achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.Relationship Management: Partner and vendor management , and end to end program management skillsProject Management: Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects and more specifically partner integration projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of new technologies on our onboarding journeys, bringing in partner delight and enhancing customer experience, by leveraging fintech partnerships, AI embedment, data analytics, and other enhancements to improve new business enablement.Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage a team of digital specialists, coordinate internal resources, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.Business Alignment: Work with various departments, such as digital IT, core IT, C-dops, product, marketing, product, and development, to ensure digital initiatives support company growth, partner engagement, and thereby help channels achieve business targets.Performance and Analysis: Monitor and analyse digital metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on progress.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track. Document and Process Governance : end to end process management with complete documentations

Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Proven experience in leading digital transformation or digital projects, at a senior managerial or AVP level.Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Technical Acumen: Broad understanding of digital technologies and a continuous desire to stay updated on emerging trends and innovations. Techno functional acumen is a must have. Project Management Skills: Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution, including risk management.Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies and develop business cases for new digital initiatives Desired Skills & Qualifications:Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Communication & Collaboration:Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with other departments to understand their requirements, challenges and ensure workflow consistency. Ability to effectively communicate integration insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Domain Knowledge (Insurance): Understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, emerging technologies
