⁠Strategic Leadership

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement short-term, mid-term and long-term regional strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities across target geographies.

Spearhead expansion through partnerships, joint ventures, licensing,.

Business Development

Drive B2B partnership for product registrations and licensing.

Forge and sustain relationships with business partners, key local players, and distributors

Manage cross-border collaborations and strategic alliances.

Represent the organization at international conferences and regulatory meetings.

Provide timely updates to senior leadership on regional business performance.

Sales & Marketing

Deliver sales and profitability targets in assigned international regions.

Lead market-specific product launches bydevising & implement global marketing initiatives for specialty & biosimilar products in target markets

Analyze market intelligence and competitive activity to refine strategic business plan

Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure product and market compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, EMA, WHO-GMP).

Coordinate with regulatory teams for timely dossier submissions, approvals, and audits.

Operations & Supply Chain

Collaborate with manufacturing, QA/QC, and supply chain to ensure timely and compliant product availability.

Education

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA or post-graduation in International Business or Marketing preferred.

Experience

12–18 years of experience in international business, with proven success in leading multiple geographies.

Prior experience handling emerging markets (MENA, APAC, LATAM, China) is essential.

Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and commercial models.

Prior experience in global marketing role preferably at an MNC is desirable
