Full job description
We're looking for a high-impact data analyst who can go beyond dashboards and drive customer-centric decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience, where you'll decode customer behaviour, identify friction points, and influence business outcomes through data. If you enjoy solving real-world problems using data and want to directly impact customer journeys at scale, this is for you.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Customer Journey Analytics:
Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across products and touchpoints.
Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and CX improvement opportunities.
Deep Dive Analytics and Insights:
Perform structured analysis to uncover trends, cohorts, and behavioural patterns.
Translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights.
Problem Solving and Solutioning:
Design data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and business metrics.
Work on experimentation, hypothesis testing, and impact measurement.
Data Quality and Governance:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and pipelines.
Build monitoring frameworks for ongoing performance tracking.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Product, Business, and Operations teams.
Drive alignment through data-backed storytelling and insights.
Process and CX Optimisation:
Continuously challenge the status quo and suggest scalable improvements.
Focus on efficiency, automation, and customer delight.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in SQL (must-have).
Hands-on with Python / PySpark for data analysis.
Experience with Excel + visualisation tools (Tableau / Power BI / similar).
Solid understanding of customer behaviour analytics/funnel analysis.
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Good to Have:
You think in terms of business impact, not just analysis.
You enjoy breaking down customer journeys and improving experiences.
You can independently own problems end-to-end.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup.
You communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
