Role :Content ProducerJob PurposeThe Content Producer is responsible for creating, designing, and deploying high-quality digital learning content — including video, audio, and structured learning paths — leveraging both traditional and AI-based content-creation tools, in alignment with brand image, business goals, and learner needs.

Key AccountabilitiesCreate original, learner-ready video content for micro-learning modules, including scripting, storyboarding, filming/recording, editing, and end-to-end production.Design short-form, visually engaging multimedia assets (video, audio, graphics, and animations) that translate instructional scripts and learning concepts into effective micro-learning experiences.Leverage AI tools to accelerate the development of learning content across multiple formats (video, audio, text, and visual assets), applying sound judgment and intermediate proficiency to create high-quality learning experiences.Design learning paths and content sequences by curating, structuring, and reorganizing existing materials into coherent, outcome-driven micro-learning journeys.Develop assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, and learning activities aligned with instructional objectives to reinforce and validate learner understanding.Collaborate with Course Leaders, Writers, and Subject Matter Experts to conceptualize and design instructionally sound training content.Evaluate training materials through content and design reviews, recommending improvements to ensure alignment with learning objectives, scope, and quality standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined design specifications, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.Implement creative solutions, process improvements, and best practices to strengthen content development policies, workflows, and tools.Apply emerging e-learning trends, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning technologies to continuously enhance content quality and learner engagement.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience3–5 years' minimum experience in training content design, with hands-on experience creating original video-based learning content (not limited to editing existing material)Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skillsAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to independently script, storyboard, and produce short-form video content for digital/e-learning or micro-learning audiencesExperience designing learning paths/curricula and developing assessments or quizzes tied to learning outcomes

Technical/Professional QualificationsGraduate from any disciplineProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCertification in Instructional Design is an advantageKnowledge of content authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 is a plusModerate proficiency in AI-based content-creation tools (e.g., NotebookLM, Claude, Vyond, or similar generative AI platforms) to create learning content across video, audio, text, and visual formatsWorking knowledge of video production/editing tools is a plus
