The Position
This Position is based in Mumbai
Role Responsibilities:
Clinical value markers opportunity assessment in base city for key hospitals Own relationships with specific set of KOLs across India, engage them with the help of marketing and sales teams, visit clinical KOLs on a regular basis for commercialization discussionsEnsure follow-up and closure of commercial discussions with clinical KOLs in collaboration with lab and Roche sales teamImplement clinical marketing strategies and programs to drive procedure adoption for prioritized disease area markers by target hospitalsDevelop and scale best-in-class marketing assets, programs and standards to promote the clinical value of Roche to clinicians across multiple specialtiesThe individual is expected to establish strong relationships with key clinicians in the healthcare arena including medical practitioners and executives of hospitals and healthcare groups, drive and grow adoption of new biomarkers for greater patient valueThe individual is expected to operate in a fast-paced environment as a clinical expert leading programs, tool creation and clinical marketing strategyBuild clinical marketing scale by implementing global marketing best practices around marketing collateral development, KOL development, expert group panels etcBuild these high impact sales enablement assets such as presentations, brochures, videos and handoutsCollaborate with Product Managers in developing the consolidated customer-centric & disease-centric medical value sales dossiers, alliance value-add kits and competition rebuttalsDesigning market research projects to assess attitudes from “multi-stakeholder customer accounts” as one entityResponsible for development and execution of marketing / sales promotional campaigns for channel partners, hospitals and labs marketing departmentsDevelopment of co-branded promotional and educational material for customersDeveloping specialized platforms for underserved customer segments in order to raise overall account loyalty for Roche diagnostics productsActing as point of first reference, working collaboratively and proactively with colleagues in sales and supporting them to handle proper sales arguments in the competitive environmentCollaborate with the other members of the marketing team, Business Area in order to ensure effective/efficient business process and successDevelop relationship with corresponding hospitals and lab managements to facilitate commercializationConducting User Meets and innovative clinical customer engagement activities including RTMs and EGMsAbility to travel - Up to 60%To ensure the achievement of business targets in geographic area through effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategiesTo ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines regarding products, procedures, operations and customer contactEstablish an environment and foundation for future sales growth and teach salespeople how to sell value and solutions to end customersMaintain a productive working partnership with other functions including marketing, logistics, finance, HR, legal, IT and servicePrepare and submit accurate, meaningful, strategic and analytical reports as requestedEvaluate market trends and gather market and competitive informationParticipate in relevant industry meetings and conferences as agreed with managerOwn relationships with specific set of KOLs across India, engage them with the help of marketing and sales teams, visit clinical KOLs on a regular basis for commercialization discussionsEnsure follow-up and closure of commercial discussions with clinical KOLsEnsure alignment of organization’s strategies with the long term strategies of the large customers for bringing in a win-win sustainable growth
Who You Are:
You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need a Post-graduate Degree or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.
With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.
Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information.

Experience required:
Minimum: 6-8 years of relevant experience with a consistent record of high performance and results.
Preferred : Prior experience of working with clinicians across multiple specialties, esp. Women’s Health, Cardiologists, Oncologists, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists and Diabetologists
