About the Role

The Channel Lead – Acquisition will be responsible for strategically leading and enabling the frontline sales force, including Acquisition Officers, Senior Sales Officers, and Senior Sales Managers across household, Current and Corporate Salary verticals. This role focuses on driving engagement with both portfolio and new-to-bank (NTB) customers to enhance wallet share, improve productivity, and ensure customer stickiness through targeted initiatives and programs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Define product delivery processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights and drive successful customer engagements.Empower frontline teams with acquisition and engagement initiatives targeting NTB customers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).Lead and execute channel program-related initiatives, identifying triggers and campaigns to drive cross-sell across regions.Partner with business stakeholders to develop tailored product offerings for portfolio customers (e.g., LAP, BIL, HL, WC, Wealth).Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to build robust customer experience journeys and maximize customer participation.Create and manage end to end performance management of the channel including designing, calculations, and final pay-out.

Secondary Responsibilities

Champion the use of market intelligence and data analytics to enhance product, solution, and sales effectiveness aligned with growth and profitability goals.Recommend process and policy improvements for driving acquisition ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service.Ensure comprehensive product and solution support for branch and channels, including systems, processes, and policies.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time)Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role managing central teams, preferably in banking or financial services.
