Role Overview The Business Finance team supports the organization in driving strategic projects, financial planning, and data-driven decision-making. This role goes beyond standard reporting; you will act as a strategic financial partner to the management team. By working closely with sales, operations, and design teams, you will connect the dots between on-ground business metrics and overarching financial health, ensuring the company scales efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities : Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial forecasting, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic growth.Partner with department heads to optimize unit economics, closely monitoring project profitability, margins, and operational cost efficiencies.Translate complex financial data and actuals-vs-budget variance into clear, actionable business strategies for the leadership team.Design and track core business KPIs to monitor sales pipeline health, revenue realization, and early warning signs of financial risk.Act as the financial bridge across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive capital efficiency and remove roadblocks to scaling.Develop executive-level financial narratives and automated performance dashboards to support rapid, data-backed decision-making by the founders.Drive special cross-functional projects directly from the Business Finance team to evaluate new business opportunities and streamline internal efficiency.Key Skills Required :- Strong financial analysis and business acumen- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets- Knowledge of ERP systems- Comfortable working with complex datasets and leveraging AI to solve problems.- Experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation- Strong data interpretation and problem-solving ability- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

Qualification :- CA / MBA Finance (Tier 1)- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance (hiring across levels)
