Location: MumbaiExperience: 5–8 yearsReporting to: Managing DirectorPreferred: CA / MBA Finance with D2C, FMCG, Ecommerce or Consumer Brand experience
Role
Own the financial and commercial performance of the business across D2C, Amazon, Quick Commerce, marketplaces and retail.This is not an accounting role. The person will work closely with Revenue, Marketing and Supply Chain to improve profitability, working capital and decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn channel-wise and SKU-wise P&L & contribution marginAnalyse revenue, gross margin, discounts, commissions, logistics, returns and advertising costsTrack marketing spend, ROAS, CAC and actual contributionOwn budgeting, forecasting and Budget vs ActualEvaluate pricing, promotions and marketplace commercial decisionsMonitor inventory, ageing and working capitalIdentify margin leakages and cost-saving opportunitiesBuild automated management dashboards and reduce manual MISSupport management with scenarios and actionable recommendationsPartner with Revenue Head on growth without compromising profitability

Strong Excel/data skills and hands-on understanding of D2C, marketplaces and Quick Commerce economics are essential.
