Urban Company is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Associates / Field Executives to join our Cleaning Category team in Mumbai.

🔹 What will you be doing?Identify and onboard new service professionals in the Cleaning categoryWork on leads and drive quality conversionsBuild and improve the lead-generation funnelAddress on-ground challenges with ownership and speedWork closely with field teams and internal stakeholdersContribute to scaling and improving category operations
🦸 Who are we looking for?We’re looking for individuals who are:Proactive and target-orientedStrong at relationship building and communicationComfortable with field work and on-ground operationsGood at problem-solving and stakeholder managementWilling to take ownership and work independently
