Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients to ensure solution alignment.
Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Assist in UAT planning and validation of business workflows.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a business analyst (preferably in the FinTech/BFSI domain).
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of APIs, software products, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
